How to use:
while performing kegel exercises insert your yoni egg just like you would a tampon, making sure that the pointed or drilled side is facing down. This means the larger side is inserted first. Don't worry, your yoni egg won't get stuck! It can only go as far as your cervix, which acts as a wall, keeping the egg within the vaginal canal only. Do you kegels gripping the eggs with your vagina walls, hold for 3 seconds then let go. Do this as many times as you like then remove by pulling the string.
